Wis an honor and privilege to be the next principal of Pearland High School
where the traditions and expectations of academic ex-
cellence, athletic dominance, and exemplary extra-cur-
ricular continues. Our staff is determined to prepare
our students for the future in a safe, supportive envi-
ronment with a world-class education and experiences.
Walk the halls of our great school and you will under-
stand what it means to be a part of Oiler Nation! Oiler
Drive and GRIT is developed through countless hours
of care, practice and studying. Tonight Oiler Nation,
let us yell with our cheerleaders, dance with the Pranc-
ers, and stand with the marching band as we come to-
gether to support our football team.
Our doors are always open to you to come out and
support our students in our many sports, fine arts
events, and student activities. Go Oilers and never for-

t is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 2016-2017 school year. The
Inew season certainly brings anticipation and expec-
tation. The work is continuous. A sincere thank you
and appreciation to all who make Friday nights special
at The RIG. It certainly goes without saying that the
continued success that Pearland ISD has enjoyed over
the past several years is directly attributed to the gen-
uine efforts put forth by the staff, parents, students,
sponsors, and community.
It is through these collaborative efforts that the
Pearland community reaps the benefits of a tradition-
al Texas football Friday night at The Rig with friends,
families, and fans. The rich tradition of high school
football in TEXAS is alive and well in Pearland. Good
luck to all teams and groups. Thank you for all the
continued support of Pearland ISD! Enjoy the season.
